Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it and be in its original packaging. Kindly inform us of your return request within 7 days from the date of your order receipt by emailing us at bonjour@sevenlondon.co. Please note that arranging the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide shipping labels.Upon receiving your return, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund process to be completed as we are a small business.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DAMAGE OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address and ensure the accuracy of all shipping details. While we will make every effort to support you in case of a lost or stolen package, we cannot assume responsibility for packages once they are in transit. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for such orders.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at bonjour@sevenlondon.co within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number and attach photos depicting the damage for our records.
CANCELLATION
If you require alterations to your shipping address or wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly at bonjour@sevenlondon.co. It's important to note that once a shipping confirmation has been issued, we are unable to accommodate any further modifications or cancellations to your order.
