ORDERS: We ship Worldwide! All of our products stored in our London studio can now be shipped globally. No matter where you're located, a SEVEN soap purchase is always welcome.
SHIPPING: When making the order, if you are outside the United Kingdom, please note that you are responsible for payment of local customs taxes.
We currently ship officially within the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe (Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and France), and Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea). If you are looking to purchase from any other country outside of these regions, please email us at bonjour@sevenlondon.co. Our team may be able to make an exception and ship individually.
DELIVERY TIMELINE & PROCESS: Our orders are shipped from London, UK, through Royal Mail. Please note that once a shipping confirmation has been issued, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order. We aim to package and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. If you encounter any delays or encounter issues while tracking your package, please reach out to the carrier for assistance. Once packages are in transit, we regret that we are unable to offer further insights or assistance.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS DISCLAIMER: Any damages incurred during shipping are your responsibility to address directly with the shipping company. Upon your request, SEVEN London will furnish you with the tracking number and relevant contact details for the shipping company. Subsequently, it is your obligation as the customer to initiate contact and handle matters with the shipping company. We disclaim any responsibility for lost packages.
